Abstract

The article reveals the concept and specific characteristics of early prevention of offence, aspects of early prevention of offence that are different from the prevention of offenses and its types. The author discusses the legal documents and practical measures on the actual implementation of early prevention of offence that were adopted in the Republic of Uzbekistan in recent years as well.
