Abstract

The paper is devoted to the development of teachers' professional competencies in preschool establishments of different kinds. The main modern priorities of the preschool education system are revealed; the problems of personnel potential are allocated. The content of teachers, and professional competencies in preschool establishments of different kinds is proposed. The process of professional improvement at a pedagogical college is described.
