In an era dominated by technological advancements and increasing reliance on digital infrastructure, the formulation of effective and secure Cyber-security policies has emerged as a critical concern for governments, organizations, and individuals alike. This review paper delves into the under-explored nexus between ethics and Cyber-security policy development, shedding light on the pivotal role ethical considerations play in shaping resilient and socially responsible Cyber-security strategies.
