Abstract

Equitable access and low quality of learning are the main problems of education in Indonesia. Open schools are one of the solutions to the problems of education in Indonesia, especially at the secondary school level. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the life skills-based open high school program in Bogor Regency, West Java and produce an implementation model of the life skills-based open high school programĀ  at the high school level. This evaluation research uses qualitative methods with the CIPP model. The data in this study were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies at the SMA organizer of SMA Terbuka in Bogor Regency: SMAS PuspaMekarCiteureup
