Abstract
A Stochastic system where bulk (batch) of customers arrives according to a Geometric distribution retrial time follows a general distribution. We examine a retrial queueing system featuring two vacation types. This paper investigates a discrete – time 1 retrial queue under urgent and normal vacations with impatient customers. We attain some efficiency characteristics of the probability generating function and orbit size of the system.
